How does delivery work?

Once you make a booking for a meal prep, you choose a time slot for delivery between 9.00 am to 11.00 am or 11.00 am to 1.00 pm on Tuesdays and Fridays and a safe place to leave your chilled food package if you’re not in. You will receive your plan in a cooler bag which we ask you to leave out when the next delivery is due with all the recyclable containers and bottles in so we can help the planet and reduce waste. We will text you once the delivery has been made and each week you will get a fresh batch of delicious foods.
If you order a juice cleanse, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a delivery date and time. 

How do I heat my meals up?

You can eat all the meals hot or cold if you wish, we recommend to use a pan and a dash of coconut oil/ olive oil or water and heat through for 5 minutes, the information on how to heat your meal up will also be on each meal.

Do you accommodate allergens?

Yes absolutely, it’s important you get the right nutrients and avoid anything that caused discomfort or irritation we will also take your needs into consideration, there is an allergen form that you will complete before the order is placed and an comments box for any other information we need to know about you.
